Growth Marketing Manager
In this role you will be part of a dynamic, dedicated marketing team, and report directly to our chief marketing officer – this role is critical to drive the growth strategy for Promon.
Areas of focus and impact:
- Manage our performance marketing efforts and operate our paid media channels. Including identifying new opportunities to implement, report on, run and recommend campaigns to drive increased ROI. Run experiments and A/B tests to continually learn and reiterate.
- Work cross functionally with product, creative and development teams to ensure marketing campaigns deliver the most impact possible.
- Manage lead flow using Pardot and Salesforce.com as the current tech stack. This includes landing page strategy, nurture and scoring process, and handoff to the sales team.
Your background and experience:
- Performance marketing experience with proven results in driving customer growth. You understand key conversion and customer journey metrics, how they serve our customers, and provide results that level up to key business goals.
- Proven success in utilizing analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive concrete action
- Demonstrated ability to build measurement tools to determine efficacy and impact of strategies and go-to-market activities.
- Proficiency in running B2B lead generation campaigns across various channels and advertising platforms.
- Fluent in English (company language)
